EpiNurse attended State of the Map Asia-2017 conference, hosted by Kathmandu Living Labs and OSM Community of Nepal. Our participation in the lightning talks introduced the EpiNurse concept and current goals as the recipient of the RISK award, UNISDR. The talk also covered the current approach in terms of planned and completed activities related to system development and capacity building.The audience were very keen to know more on the sustainability of such an endeavour and shared their own experiences. It was a great sharing and learning platform where we could forge new bonds and connections. We hope this positive energy will provide momentum to the EpiNurse project.
